GREEN TEA: It contains a high proportion of antioxidants, vitamins A, E and C. Due to its antioxidant properties, it effectively prevents heart disease. Because of this, you can consume at least 1 cup of green tea a day.

THE FISH: Omega-3s are abundant in salmon and tuna and are very important for heart health. Therefore, it is beneficial to eat salmon or tuna at least once a week.

CHOCOLATE: Dark chocolate has a positive effect on cardiovascular health. Consuming 2 or 3 pieces of dark chocolate a day helps lower both blood pressure and bad cholesterol.

WALNUT: Fatty acids in walnuts protect people from heart disease. It regulates blood pressure in patients with both heart and blood pressure. If walnut is consumed in the event of blood clotting, it will prevent blood clotting. Eating a few handfuls of walnuts a day regulates blood flow to the heart, prevents atherosclerosis, and reduces the risk of heart disease.

OATMEAL: Thanks to the fibers it contains, it protects heart health. E also contains B vitamins and thus prevents diseases. Therefore, its consumption should be increased.
